About Louwman Customer Services
The Louwman Customer Services team takes care of all customer questions and complaints that come in at the importer’s level for Toyota, Lexus and Suzuki. Louwman Customer Services (LCS) is Louwman Group’s in-house contact centre. The goal: supporting all Louwman Group automotive companies and dealers of Louwman brands in maintaining customer relationships. After all, a brand and dealer organisation is itself the best party for building warm relationships with customers.
