ID&D has a broad, connecting role within the Louwman Group.
The division consists of a remarkable composition of companies, with the focus on collaboration with other divisions and operating companies. With the assistance of the teams at Customer Experience Center, Insights Reporting and Experience, we work on innovative projects in the areas of media, technology and new mobility.
The division consists of a special composition of companies at various locations in the Netherlands: Amsterdam, Raamsdonksveer and Amersfoort.
The focus is not only the provision of service, but mainly on collaboration with other divisions and operating companies.
We are there to reinforce each other, to learn from each other and to help our customers, of course. Furthermore, our CEC (Customer Experience Center) Team is responsible for all data management and databased communication towards customers.
The Insights Reporting Team obtains insights by performing analyses based on data and is responsible for the provision of information and campaigning. And the Experience Team focuses on providing content such as setting up campaigns for private-lease drivers.
Iconic in mobility
ID&D has a broad, connecting role within the Louwman Group. Being ahead of the pack in terms of mobility, Louwman’s vision, fits ID&D like a glove. Together with our customers, we create a palette of services to answer the needs of today’s new mobility. By replacing cars with bicycles, for example, or by deploying shared cars, sometimes combined with a subscription and/or public transport card. Initiating new ideas in this domain, brainstorming about market competitors, studying the technical possibilities: ID&D plays a leading role in bringing this all together and learning from all of the approaches.
One important Louwman approach is the customer contact strategy, in which our CEC team joined forces with the Wholesale Automotive division. It’s an intensive and complex programme spearheaded by customer loyalty. For Connected Scoot, an innovative project focusing on lowering the service costs for mobility scooters, ID&D cooperates intensively with the Care division. Bicycles have also rapidly become an important component at Louwman Group, shown in part by our bike division.
