Against this backdrop, we have gone through the PSO certification course (the performance ladder for doing business more socially) – a measurement and recording instrument focused on employment participation for vulnerable groups. We want to deal as well as we can with the differences among people, take advantage of the added value of diversity and, in this manner, make use of the potential in the employment market.
We have charted a clear course through 2030 based on sustainable employment: complete transparency, maximum diversity and inclusion.
