Market research agency MarketResponse declared Suzuki the most customer-friendly company in the Netherlands in the automotive sector. The ranking is based on actual customer experiences, which gives this victory extra shine.
Since 2007, MarketResponse has annually surveyed the customer satisfaction of Dutch consumers. This is the largest independent and ongoing consumer research into ‘the most customer-friendly company’. Only the reviews of real customers are taken into account. The companies themselves cannot exert any influence on the outcome. An honorable victory.
Our congratulations to the entire Suzuki team and to all dealers! Together we put the customer first.
Suzuki in the lead
Suzuki has already achieved good scores in the survey in recent years, including second place in the Automotive category at last year’s edition. Suzuki has now climbed a step on the ladder and has an average grade of
8.1 as the most customer-friendly automotive company in the Netherlands. Suzuki occupies a nice fifth position in the overall rankings.
This year, 6,000 consumers gave a total of 97,859 reviews about 352 companies and organizations in the Netherlands. What is new is that the lower limit for participation has been increased this year. A business must have received at least 100 reviews to compete for the title. That limit was previously 75 reviews. This year, 266 companies met the requirement.
Close to the customer
Geordy Bloem, General Manager Suzuki Netherlands: “With our brand and especially our dealer organization, we consciously opt for a strategy in which we remain close to the customer. The outcome of the MarketResponse research, in which we also achieved a very good outcome the previous year , shows that we have taken the right path. That is why I am extremely proud of our Suzuki organization, that we can now call ourselves the most customer-friendly automotive company in the Netherlands.”
